Delete Your Wasla Account

If you’d like to delete your Wasla account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the Wasla app.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your email address and tap Delete Account.
  4. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Data deletion details

Deleted:

  • Personal information (name, email, resume, chats, and preferences).

Retained:

  • Basic logs and analytics data for up to 30 days for system integrity.

Retention period:

30 days maximum.
